Dr. Kay Faulconer Boger holds a Doctorate in Education from USC, an MBA and MA in Communications from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from California State University, Northridge. Over the past 40 years, Dr. Faulconer Boger has also worked with a wide range of area city governments, police departments, courts, municipal agencies & hospitals, as well as many notable businesses.
